1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account information: name, email address, organization, role, and authentication details.
- Billing information: plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and limited payment-related details supplied by our payment processor. We do not ordinarily store full payment-card numbers.
- Customer Data: flight logs, aircraft identifiers, configuration and telemetry data, maintenance information, reports, notes, and files you submit.
- Usage and device information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, timestamps, actions taken, error logs, and security events.
- Communications: messages, support requests, feedback, and other correspondence.
- Cookies and similar technologies: information used for authentication, preferences, security, performance, and permitted analytics.
2. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- process flight logs and generate health indicators, findings, trends, and reports;
- create and manage accounts, subscriptions, trials, payments, and customer support;
- authenticate users, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and protect systems and data;
- communicate about service activity, security, billing, product updates, and support;
- measure performance, troubleshoot errors, and understand feature usage;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property; and
- create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify a person, organization, or specific aircraft.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- To service providers that perform hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, monitoring, analytics, support, and security functions for us.
- Within your organization when your account is part of a team, fleet, or organization workspace.
- For legal and safety reasons when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect rights, safety, systems, and property.
- In a business transaction involving a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- With your direction or consent.
As of the effective date, Red River Dynamics does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Flight logs and aircraft data
Flight logs may contain aircraft identifiers, timestamps, location information, configuration values, system messages, and operational telemetry. You control what you upload and are responsible for confirming that you have authority to submit it. Avoid uploading classified information, export-controlled technical data, or personal information that you are not authorized to provide.
We process Customer Data to provide the requested analysis, reports, storage, support, security, and service improvements. We do not claim ownership of your Customer Data.
5. Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, preserve settings, secure accounts, route traffic, and operate the Services. We may use limited analytics to understand performance and usage. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.
6. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Services, comply with legal obligations, and act with consent where consent is required.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, account status, plan, contractual commitments, legal requirements, and technical backup cycles. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies you.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting account access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to verification, exceptions, and record-retention requirements.
You may update certain account details through the Services and may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided. Transactional, security, billing, and service messages may still be sent.

10. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can evaluate and address the request.
11. International use
Red River Dynamics is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms for international data transfers.
12. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to information they independently collect.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, legal requirements, or security measures. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. When a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
