The problem
A single DataFlash log can contain thousands of battery, navigation, estimator, and vibration samples. RRD validates the file, extracts supported signals, and highlights deterministic threshold crossings without pretending that an uncalibrated score is a diagnosis.

Confirm the file is a non-empty ArduPilot binary DataFlash .BIN log with a valid header before analysis begins.
Parse battery voltage and current, altitude, GPS quality, vibration, IMU clipping, EKF variance, and flight-mode data when present.
Flag degraded GPS quality, elevated EKF variance, high vibration, and IMU clipping with the exact supporting values.
Show missing signals, parser provenance, file checksum, message counts, and whether an airborne segment was available.
How it works

Available signals are checked against transparent deterministic screening thresholds.
Review findings, missing-signal warnings, telemetry provenance, and report limitations.

Minimum and maximum voltage values were extracted with source-message provenance.
GPS satellite count, fix status, and HDOP were available for review.
